FAITH: We grow strong in faith, through believing God’s Word
THE BEGINNING CHRISTIAN- Listens to God’s Word willingly (Matt 13:20, Acts 2:41)
THE GROWING CHRISTIAN- Studies God’s Word for understanding. (Matt 13:23) Applies God’s Word to life situations. (Matt 7:24)
THE MATURE CHRISTIAN- Has endured testing and endured with patience. Matt 7:24-27, James 1:2-8 Builds faith in others and able to teach God’s Word. Hebrews 5:12
FELLOWSHIP: We are encouraged and supported through fellowship.
THE BEGINNING CHRISTIAN- Willingly fellowships with other Christians. (Acts 2:42, Hebrews 3:13)
THE GROWING CHRISTIAN- Develops mutually supportive Christian relationships. (Hebrews 10:24-25, 1 John 1:7, 1 John 4:11, Romans 12:10)
THE MATURE CHRISTIAN- Lays down life for others. (1 Thess 5:14-15, Galatians 6:2, 1 John 3:16, Acts 10:38) Developed love walk. (Eph 5:2, 2 John 1:6, 2 Cor 5:17)
PURPOSE - We find our life’s purpose and meaning through serving others
THE BEGINNING CHRISTIAN- Helps willingly in teams. (Ps 100:2) Gives willingly. (Ex 35:22, Pr 11:24-25)
THE GROWING CHRISTIAN- Faithfully takes responsibility for their ministry. (1 Peter 4:10) Gives purposefully (2 Cor 9:7-9). Serves with good attitude (Gal 5:13-14)
THE MATURE CHRISTIAN- Disciples others with vision in ministry, as a servant leaders. (Matt 23:11, Mark 10:45, Acts 10:32-35, John 13:12-13) Gives sacrificially (Luke 12:33-34, 1 Kings 17:13. Luke 21:10, 2 Cor 8:3)
