Made Sufficient Episode 5: His greatest work
What if the greatest work God has ever done isn’t something He created around you, but something He created in you? In this episode, we explore the incredible reality of what it means to be a new creation in Christ. Jesus didn’t simply forgive our past and leave us trying to become better people—through His finished work, He gave us a completely new identity and a new nature in Him. Yet it can be easy to look at our behaviour, weaknesses and failures and conclude that we are still far from who God says we are. But when we begin to see ourselves through the truth of God’s Word, rather than through our feelings or circumstances, everything changes. We discover a new boldness to live, speak and walk as people who know who they are in Christ. You are not a work God is still trying to finish—you are His workmanship, a new creation, created in Christ Jesus. Don’t diminish what God has made. Learn to see yourself the way He sees you.
